Effective Date: January 1, 2026. These terms apply to all services provided by Walla Walla Insulation and to use of wallawallainsulation.com.
By using the website at wallawallainsulation.com, submitting a contact or estimate request, or hiring Walla Walla Insulation to perform work, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this website or engage our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who interacts with Walla Walla Insulation through this website or through a service agreement.
Walla Walla Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation contracting services in and around Walla Walla, WA. Services include, but are not limited to, spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, and insulation removal.
Service availability may vary by location, season, and crew capacity. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion. A confirmed written agreement is required before work begins on any project.
On-site estimates are provided free of charge and carry no obligation. A written estimate will be provided before any work begins. Estimates are based on the conditions observed during the on-site visit and are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted.
If conditions discovered during the work differ materially from what was visible during the estimate - such as hidden moisture damage, pest activity, or structural issues - we will notify you before proceeding with any work beyond the original scope. Any change to the agreed price requires written authorization from you before additional work begins.
Verbal quotes are not binding. Only written, signed estimates constitute an agreement to perform work at a specified price.
Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. We will confirm your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If we need to reschedule due to crew availability or weather conditions, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new time.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours may result in a trip charge to cover crew time and fuel, particularly for properties located outside of Walla Walla.
If the work site is not accessible on the scheduled date due to circumstances within your control - locked gates, blocked access points, or the presence of items that were agreed to be cleared - we reserve the right to charge a trip fee for the failed appointment.
Before work begins, you agree to:
Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay the project, affect the quality of work, or require rescheduling. Walla Walla Insulation is not responsible for outcomes resulting from customer failure to disclose known site conditions.
Payment terms are specified in the written estimate or service agreement. For most residential projects, payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger commercial projects, a deposit may be required to schedule the job, with the balance due upon completion.
Accepted payment methods will be stated on your invoice. We do not require full payment upfront for residential projects. If a deposit is collected and you cancel the project without a valid reason, the deposit may be non-refundable to cover scheduling and material costs incurred.
Accounts with unpaid balances past 30 days from the invoice date may be subject to late fees and may be referred to a collections process. Walla Walla Insulation reserves the right to pursue recovery of unpaid amounts through available legal channels.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If a defect in our workmanship becomes apparent within one year of project completion, contact us and we will return to assess and correct the issue at no charge, subject to the conditions below.
Manufacturer warranties on materials (where applicable) are separate from our workmanship warranty and are governed by the manufacturer's own terms. We will provide documentation of materials used so you can register or claim manufacturer warranties directly.
Our workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by events outside our control, including water intrusion from a separate source, structural movement, pest activity after project completion, improper use of insulated spaces, or alterations made by other parties after our work is completed. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS SECTION. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Walla Walla Insulation's total liability to you for any claim arising from services provided or from use of this website shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Walla Walla Insulation is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages - including loss of income, loss of use, or property damage not directly caused by our work - even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or incidental damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Where a building permit is required for the scope of work, Walla Walla Insulation will identify this during the estimate process and pull the required permit before work begins. Permit fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be included in the written estimate. Work performed without a required permit at the customer's request relieves Walla Walla Insulation of responsibility for any resulting inspection failures or code compliance issues.
If a dispute arises between you and Walla Walla Insulation relating to services performed or these Terms and Conditions, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us at contact@wallawallainsulation.com. We will make a good-faith effort to address your concern within 10 business days.
If the matter cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in Walla Walla, Washington, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, before pursuing litigation. This does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration under Section 10 shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Walla Walla, Washington.
